Made-to-Order Production
All wholesale items are made to order. Production begins once payment has been received and order details are confirmed. Because items are produced specifically for each order, all wholesale sales are final.

Turnaround Time
Standard production time is 10-15 business days unless otherwise stated. Large orders, peak seasons, or custom artwork may require additional time.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for confirming all order details including sizes, quantities, spelling, colors, and design selections before production begins. Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Damage or Production Errors
Orders should be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any production errors or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

If an error is determined to be our mistake, items will be replaced or corrected at no cost.

Custom Artwork & Logos
Customers submitting logos or custom artwork confirm they have the rights or permission to reproduce that design.

Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is offered exclusively to approved wholesale partners and may not be publicly advertised or resold below agreed pricing.

Minimum Orders
Wholesale orders may require minimum quantities depending on the product type.
